Our relationships with food and our bodies start forming from birth! Building a mindset of exploration and neutrality with food and a healthy relationship with their bodies from a young age can set kids up for a lifetime of well-being.
Below we share Minds in Bloom’s resources on bodies and eating to help parents and caregivers create positive experiences around food (including exploring new or avoided foods) and support kids in developing a compassionate relationship with their own bodies.
